ALL ABOUT THE PROCESS OF EVAPORATOR MANUFACTURING

The first step in the whole process of evaporator manufacturing is even more important than the manufacture of evaporators itself. The step is designing the evaporators. We work very hard and closely with our team so that the evaporators we manufacture fulfill the requirements of the industry and the production process. The procedure of starting a new evaporator project starts with the meeting between the staff of the technical team and application engineers. In the meeting, the team discusses the process, discusses the product, and about the production goals for the plant. After that, the inspection of the equipment happens to gather data. For example, if we are launching a Greenfield project so our team will discuss all the critical steps carefully for developing the process.

The data gathered and the gained information in the technical team meeting is used in the pre-engineering effort so that the development of the right evaporator process can happen. Firstly we create the concept of an evaporator system that can fulfill the objectives of the business according to the uptime with regards to the efficiency, cleanability, operability, and production volumes. After that, we move forward to the specifics of the evaporators. For the complete evaporator system, the whole work of manufacturing the evaporators is processed through the engineering, mechanical engineering, and design work departments. The manufacturing of evaporators requires forming an idea of the evaporator system and according to that, we arrange the specialty materials required for the construction of evaporators.

Sometimes, the evaporators are also constructed according to the requirements of earthquake zones. The basic engineering drawings and the detailed documents about the designing of the evaporators are required for contractors to proceed with the construction of the evaporator system. Before constructing the evaporators, the technical team and contractors discuss the design and make some changes if they are required. The guesswork is not allowed in the foundations, structural support, and the requirements of the installation and launching of a new evaporation system. The whole process of manufacturing the evaporators should follow the processing line seamlessly.

After the pre-engineering the package is finalized, the process of manufacturing the evaporators is carried out. Once the equipment process is completed, our team works on the installation part. Taking care of every single detail of the evaporator equipment at the time of installation is very important. Once the manufacturing of the evaporators completes, the technical team and engineers are always available for any requirements of further assistance. Alaqua is a US corporation and we have experience of over 20 years in manufacturing evaporators, crystallizers, and distillation systems in numerous applications. If you are also thinking about getting a new evaporator for your industry then you can contact us on www.alaquainc.com our website for more information.

Distillation the Process of Water Purification

Water distillation has been used by people for thousands of years. The process of water distillation is used to purify water through distillation equipment. Water distillation is used to remove bacteria, viruses, microorganisms and other contaminants from water. The process of distillation uses the source of heat through distillation equipment to boil water and to generate vapors from water. With the help of a higher boiling point, the pure water molecules and contaminants get separated further. Here’s the brief process of distillation using the distillation equipment.

Water gets heated through distillation equipment till the time it starts getting evaporated. The temperature of the boiling water is then kept constant. The constant temperature then continues water vaporization but at the same time helps to prevent evaporating the drinking water contaminants. That means, water is getting boiled at the same temperature so that the evaporation of drinking water contaminants does not happen. The evaporated water is then collected in distillation equipment and transferred through a tube system to other distillation equipment. After that the distillation equipment which is used to provide heat is removed. The water vapors come back to its original liquid form.

The process of distillation removes most of the bacteria and viruses. This water we use for our day to day life.

Water is distilled to remove impurities such as salt from sea water. Because distillation is able to separate substances with the help of distillation equipment, this procedure is used in various processes including production of alcohol, separation of crude oil into petroleum products such as diesel and gasoline. The methods of distillation used in industries and laboratories are the variations of the basic process of distillation. The distillation equipment used for performing a small process and in sprawling oil refineries and warehouse sized craft liquor companies are almost the same. The main differences between them are their cost and the volume of their production.

The process of distillation is also widely used in industries for the manufacturing of various chemical and medical products such as medicines, vaccines, and intravenous injections.
