We are a company specialized in the design, development, manufacture and marketing of evaporators and condensers, for the refrigeration industry and large supermarket chains, among other industries.

Since 1989, year of foundation, in US we have experienced a sustained growth in the supply of high capacity evaporators and condensers for a great variety of industries. We currently have a 2000 m2 plant, where we use the latest technology to develop the products based on the specific needs of our customers.

With hundreds of plants already realized all over the world ALAQUA. Has acquired great ability and skill in the construction of evaporators for the attentiveness of milk, serum, by-products from dairy processes but also for the concentration of grape musts, fruit juices and purées, syrups, honey, vegetable extracts and other special products.

The concentration plants developed by ALAQUA. Use the concept of “Evaporative system multiple effect”, a technique that allows the evaporation under vacuum at Evaporators low temperature of essentially pure water. The organoleptic typical of the treated product continue in this way intact, and this has granted a great success in applications with particularly heat sensitive products.
