What it does is that when a liquid enters the evaporator it evaporates at the head of the system which contains small quantities of solid and has a low to moderate tendency to form incrustations. It helps in delivering quality products due to the process of gentle evaporation and extremely short residence time.

With the MILK EVAPORATOR SYSTEM, it initiates an operation where it allows the concentration of liquid to allow the evaporation of the solvent. Then the evaporator helps in concentrating milk, skim milk, whole milk, whey protein concentrate, and permeates from a membrane filtration module.

The THIN FILM EVAPORATOR in our evaporative systems quickly separates more volatile from less volatile components using direct heat transfer and mechanical agitation of a flowing product film under controlled conditions. It provides short residence time, low-pressure drop configuration, viscous, or fouling materials without product degradation.

Instead of tube and shell heat exchangers, in our PLATE EVAPORATOR, framed plates are used as a heating surface. In this evaporative system, plate assemblies are similar to plate heat exchangers which are equipped with large passages for vapor flow as the product plate and the steam plate are connected alternatively. In this, the product passage is designed for the liquid on plate surfaces and low-pressure drop in the vapor phase.
